With a 17+ year track record of delivery, Valentia Partners has grown from a firm originally focused on Financial Services, to one operating globally across multiple sectors. In 2022 we began growing our engagement in Private Equity, focused on business systems transformation across portfolio firms to enable optimal execution of buy and build strategy.
Since then, we have designed and delivered in industries as diverse as property management, crime prevention, and cloud technology firms.

In delivering these synergies, we have identified four critical areas of operating model optimisation and integration – customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource management (ERP), financial planning and analytics (FP&A), and human capital management (HCM).
